in the ephemeral beauty of the season with brush, paper,
and a vibrant palette in this full-day watercolor
workshop. Artist-instructor Sharon Pitts returns to the
Van Vleck to help you capture the explosion of colors
that is the fall landscape. All experience levels are
welcomed. Class is held rain or shine and
pre-registration is required.

 Sunday Afternoon at the
Opera
September 19th - 3:00pm to 4:00pm
Van Vleck House & Gardens was pleased to partner with State
Repertory Opera of New Jersey, to present a new musical series
for 2010, Sunday Afternoon at the Opera. The final performance
for the season was held Sunday, September 19th from 3:00-4:00pm,
featuring “Opera ala Carte" with mezzo soprano Katy Sumrow
accompanied by SRO Artistic Director Dita Delman.

Cats in the Garden IV
Sunday, June 6th 12:00am - 3:00PM
The NJ Jaguar Touring Club returns to Van Vleck for
the fourth year on Sunday, June 6th. Come for a stroll
between 11-3 and view seven decades of vintage, classic, and
modern Jaguars displayed in our gardens. Admission is$5
per person. All proceeds support the care and
maintenance of our grounds.
